I certainly hope that all of you are enjoying using TeleNav services and have never experienced any problems.

Just in case you ever do have a question, however, I thought it might be worth highlighting again the various ways that we can provide you with support.

The first place to visit is our main support page on our web site here. On the left navigation bar you’ll see various options – some that you may not even be aware of. For example, we have User Guides available online, FAQs for some of the most commonly asked questions and some basic troubleshooting tips that may provide you with the answer to your exact question.

You are always welcome, of course, to call or email us with questions but I also wanted to be sure to emphasize another program that we have set up to quickly address customers needs – our User Forum.

If you’ve never visited an online forum, I encourage you to click on this link and spend a little bit of timing exploring the layout and the various topics. On the forum you’ll see that we have conversations occurring in real-time on general TeleNav-related topics, tips & tricks, product reviews from customers and even a section where you can provide us with feedback on what we can do better.

We have staff in place monitoring the forum 24×7 so that you can get the answer you need quickly. You may also find that other "TeleNauts" (TeleNav customers) will have ideas or tips to share with you based on their experiences.

We love the idea of creating a TeleNav community of customers (which is also why we created this blog) and I hope that you find the User Forum helpful. Take it for a spin and be sure to give me your feedback!

Well the big day has arrived to announce the winners of our “TeleNaut” Tales contest.

A big thanks to everyone who submitted an entry – we thoroughly enjoyed reading through each story. It was definitely challenging to pick winners as there were many interesting and creative stories submitted.

Unfortunately, however we were limited to three recipients. Following much discussion and debate, we chose the submissions from the following TeleNauts:

·         David Johnston

·         KKit

·         Chris S.

These three entrants will each receive a $200 gift certificate for a national gasoline brand. Since gas prices are once again increasing, this should come in handy!

Thanks again to all who participated. Please continue to share your stories with us as we enjoy reading how TeleNav GPS Navigator has made a difference!
