We’re aware that some of our Telenav customers on the iPhone are running into an issue where they’re not able to get passed the “Almost there” screen after downloading the latest update from the AppStore. Please be assured that we’re looking into this and we’ll be sharing more information as soon as we have it. Thanks for your patience and we apologize about any inconveniences this may cause.

In the meantime, some customers have reported that force quitting the app and restarting it has allowed them to get beyond the “Almost there” screen.

Not sure how to do a force close? Here are step by step directions.

Thank you for your patience while we work through this and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

As soon as I have more information, I’ll certainly be posting more. You can also get the latest updates on our Facebook & Twitter.

I am trying to load Scout and it is asking me to pay the 2.99! This is VERY frustrating. My Telnet will not load direction and all your “work arounds” have failed. Now your “free” solution is not free. Very confusing. I will pay the 2.99 because I need a Nav system, but please have it refunded ASAP
