I purchased the laptop to take on vacations. On my last vacation the battery would only last 45 min to 1 hour at the most. I took the laptop back to staples where I purchased the computer. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I charge the battery as directed and then use the laptop not plugged in. My bother in law has the same computer and we use them the same and he gets 4 to 5 hours on a charge for his computer. I feel that maybe I got a defective battery. Would you please tell me what I need to do to get a new battery.
